If there's already a thread about this i must have missed it.

If i want to get a new character through NF as quickly as possible, iow finish last mission, which campaign is the fastest to start from?

I think the fastest way is starting in Factions, make your way to the mainland, go to Elona and just play trough nightfall with H/H.

Here is a link to the wiki page for Nightfall missions which shows where a Factions character picks up the storyline. http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/List_...tfall_missions

That is the only shortcut you can take. Unlike Prophecies, you cannot skip missions in Nightfall as one is dependent upon completing a previous one. Also point-to-point runs are useless as sections will not open without having done the required mission.

Fastest would be to start in Prophecies and get run to Lion's Arch, take the quest to Elona, and carry on from there. You'd be low level, but whatever. You asked fastest, not bestest.

agreed with prophecies. the main reason is you would avoid grinding for sunspear promotion points. therefore its very important to be "A hero Kormair recruited from a foreign land"
